AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Beware your reservation may get cancelled prior to arriving. This shows a complete lack of respect and unconsciousness for tourists. Stay away.

The place is very beautiful, a good architectural proposal but it is not very functional. Noise is an important part of not letting you rest, the receptionist lacks a customer service attitude, everyone else is very hard working and very nice. The cold enters the rooms due to the design of the doors, they need to take advantage of the landscape, I bathed one day without hot water, there are no lounge chairs, the beach chairs are very uncomfortable, there is no place outside that encourages you to be at ease, intimate and sunbathing or doing some activity. What should be mentioned is that the kitchen is spectacular whatever you ask for!
