Chili´s Torres

At first, the staff seemed friendly, but! They ended up giving me an idea of how deceptive this place is! I ordered something for dine in and another order for take away. They gave me something different than the one I ordered or at least not as described in the menu! I would have not complained if that was tasty! But actually it was the worst thing I ever tried in chili's in 3 different countries! I believe it was already rotten or something! I don't know but it was bad and I didn't even know until I opened the box because they already tighten the bag which gave me an impression that they did it on purpose to not notice that it's different than the one I ordered! Now we go for payment! ... I gave the lady my credit card and she took it to make the payment, but another lady came with the card and the receipt asking for tips before doing the payment so she can do it once! There were no place to write the tips, however she insisted that I write it anywhere on the receipt ( I could have paid it cach after she is done with the card or give me a receipt that has a tip place one it!) That was really weird!! Last but not least.... there is a 95% chance that they took a picture of my credit card because that was the only place I had visited and took the card out of my sight! And 2 weeks later when I was already back to the US, someone used my card in Mexico! If this is really what happened there, this place should be closed!

Of the two restaurants here, this one is the better one. Great service, great food, great drinks. Definitely recommend for a relaxing dining time.

Just another chilli's, but the staff was really cool, gave a great service and deliver food quickly so it was good after all
