The place is very nice and relaxing! It definitely makes you feel loosen. Unfortunately the room that was given a junior suit was not well maintained. The other problem was the there was piece of chewed gum in the paper cups that they provided to drink water. This made us think the room in not well clean or kept. We told the receptionist and she only send another bottle of water and mentioned “made a report” she did not look apologetic. Other than that it was okay I guess.

Awesome view of the Tepozteco. The hotel is nice although the room was very noisy during the night. Food is ok but pricey for what you get. Service on the first day was bad, it took them about an hour to get me a towel...

This is the restaurant/hotel with the best view of all the place. The food is awesome and the attention on both is the best of the best. Premium place for family and romantic for couples. This is a classic. Very, very recommended.

Beautiful views and rooms. On a cobblestone street, a short walk from the zocalo. Nice launching off place. Parking available. Service is a work in progress. Breakfast buffet spanned Mexican cuisine and varied day to day. Rooms are architecturally nice, but some basic amenities need upgrading. Gem of a town.

Amazing views and beautiful grounds. Delicious food and an amazing outdoor dining patio/veranda.
