This was my second time using unit travel and both times were both experiences were superb! The staff is polite and fun. The vehicle was clean. I felt very safe. I will continue to use them for my future trips to Cancun and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for airport transfer!

Unit Travel Cancun has one of the best services! Affordable, professional, honest, and friendly! Fermin picked us up at the resort and Juan was our tour guide foe the day. We started out are day at one of the cenotes in the área and it was amazing! Juan knew were to takes us in terms of price and enjoying the experience. After that we headed to lunch in Tulum were we were able to eat amazing tacos, cochinita pibil to be exact! After an amazing lunch Juan have us a your of the Mayan ruines in Tulum, amazing history and a site to see! Lastly we ended with an afternoon at the beach in Tulum. My wife and I were here for a week on vacation and this was the best day ever! I know who I will contact for travel and guide needs when I come back to Cancun! Thank you so much Juan! We ordered a private transfer from Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen in a sedan. Upon arrival we were taken to the mini van which is downgrade from private sedan transfer and not as safe. No communication from the company, no warning, nothing.
