IF I COULD GIVE 100 STARS, I WOULD!! We are a family of six with a mix of members from age 12 all the way up to our senior grandma. It was our first trip to Mexico and I decided it would be easiest to just have our own private transfer so I booked with Canadian Transfers just from blindly googling companies. I was so blessed to have chosen this company!! We landed in the airport to find Juan standing with a sign with our name on it right away and from there on out, our vacation was a success. Juan was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to during our transfer that it was like having our own tour guide. He told us, the “must-see’s”, tips on safety and what to expect. We liked Juan so much, I contacted Janet in the office, who is also beyond helpful and gracious, and booked Juan for all of our excursions. We spent several days with him and he made everything smooth, effortless, entertaining and fun. We actually found ourselves missing him on our “stay-at the-resort” days. I just cannot say enough on how our trip was enriched by Janet and Juan and cannot thank either of them enough for the first class hospitality! HOPING TO SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!

Second time taking Ctran, both drivers we had were extremely personable and accommodating. We would never go back to the travel companies shuttle after experiencing what Canadian Transfers offers. We had a few changes in our schedule and they were easy to contact and made every effort to ensure we were taken care of. Don't hesitate to book!
