easy process. ticket was about $15 RT. The trip was short, about 20 minutes in a very nice comfy seats, or you can go up and watch from the outside seat at the top of the boat
They do not really follow anti COVID precautions. Forget about social distancing and be ready to wait in a close line for at least 40 mins to get on the boat. Apart from that the is ride and smooth and convenient.
Very quick ferry to the island, live music onboard. Very attentive to lost items (agent came onboard when I forgot my credit card).
