We booked a snorkelling trip with this company on their website for 16 December, 2020, paid the deposit for 2 people. We arrived at the agency around 10.35 in the morning for the trip (as the confirmation email instructed), the agency was closed, we waited for 30-40 minutes and nobody showed up. We tried to call them but nobody picked up, no-one showed up. If the owner of this business reads this message, please let me know how can we get in touch with you and get the refund of the deposit? - In the end the issue was resolved and it was an error in the booking system. The money is fully refunded, thank you!

Isla Mujeres Trips was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend Muriel and her team to help you organize any of your needs for Isla Mujeres! Her team did a fabulous job hiring a private catamaran for our family to take a cruise though the beautiful water surrounding the island. The crew on the catamaran were amazing and more than we could have expected. They provided amazing drinks and were right on time to pick us up. I can’t thank Muriel enough for arranging the catamaran! Would highly recommend and will be using this company again for our future visits to Isla Mujeres!

This is the BEST group to go out with. They make sure you get side-by-side with the whale sharks, and if you're lucky the mantas might be around too. They're a fun group, helpful, informative.. and make great ceviche! Don't hesitate! Also for the price conscious, when I went out their price was lower than the others!

This company is professional and super accommodating! We sched. to go swim w/ the 🦈, unfortunately, 1 of the passengers was scared & made us turn the boat around. The Captain was great but next time we'll do private w/ IM Trips!! Highly recommend!!! EDIT: We came back the next day for whale shark diving! We had a BLAST! We left super early in the AM and were able to see tons of whale sharks and manta-rays! Totally recommend Isla Mujeres Trips! I'm going to use them every time!

This was an amazing trip. The water was choppy but the driver and guide Enrique and Weymar were super accommodating and competent. One person on our boat decided to turn around and he decided to turn around. The trip was nice and the guides were both nice. I would highly recommend booking with this company and I’ll definitely be going back for more Sights.
