Very good service and comfortable...

Many years ago this bus line was one of Mexico's best, both in terms of punctuality and of accessory services such as on-board internet and movie or music selection. Now delays are almost regular on any route and can reach half an hour or more on longer routes.

Typical service is great but on this visit service clerk seem like she had her coffee in the morning. Very rude and upset that I did not print out the ticket since I purchased online. Service clerk could have been more professional.

Very good bus service. Great, comfy buses.
