Cat spay RM 120++ Cat neuter RM 75 Great doctors and staff but clinic quite crowded and hard to find parking. I left my cat at the clinic around 11/12 and spay/neuter usually finished before 6 (male finished before 5) :)

Our family have several experience with this clinic. For those pet parents in alor star, if you wish to seek a good doctor to treat your pets, please do not come here for the sake of the pets. If it is something urgent, this is not the place you should consider as well. The doctor is not compassionate towards the pets at all. 1. The young doctor who graduated from UMK was very very unprofessional. He handled my cat without gloves. He knew the cat was sick and the virus was contagious. He touched around with bare hands. I couldn't imagine how he will touch other pets queuing to see him outside with those hands. Besides, my cat needed fluid therapy urgently. After trying to insert the catheter several times, he failed and asked us if he can do it afterwards, and put the cat aside. 2. My cat was warded in the evening. Then died around midnight but they realised it the next day noon. What kind of clinic would allow such thing to happen? When we picked up the cat, its body was so stiff. Can you imagine leaving your beloved pets in their hands? 3. The phone is always engaged. Cannot reach them after calling for 2 hours. It was their operating hours. I think they put on DND mode almost always. Heartbroken and very disappointed in this clinic.
