Taken my cat after placing an appointment via phone. Good SOP with ample social distancing. And alhamdulillah the treatment goes well for my cat. Friendly staff but never saw the doctor. My cat were taken in by the staff. Not a big deal since we should try to avoid unnecessary contact in this new norm era..

Vet is OK. Just disappointed with the management. The only way you can contact them is by telephone. I had to call them many times before they finally picked up. Can't email, can't WhatsApp. When I reached in front of the door, nobody inside even after I pressed the doorbell for many times. Call also no one pick up. But the sign at the door is open. I stop going to this vet due to this poor service. Waste my time. For people who are comfortable to reach out through phone call ONLY, well this vet is for you.

Friendly service and explanation by counter staff Dr Nur Hidayu. First time pet cat owner. Only thing is that I can’t accompany or see my kitten when it’s being treated or examined.

Need to wait another 2 weeks ,Muja recovery for details feedbacks.Alhamdulillah,as of now Muja doing fine.Let go home ,Muja. After 4 days , i am trying to contact the Vet, but no answer. Dear Vet, please contact Muja asap.!!ThankYou. Alhamdulillah,Muja now is back healthier.
