Warm staffs. Despite their busy schedule, no one's case is treated as less important than the other. A good doctor is one who gets rid of their patients. Not keeping them wanting to come back to rip them off. So, Grace Vet is truly Graceful. Recommended!

Very professional and friendly.

The staffs and doctors are friendly and professional. All of them have love for animals. Dr. Chong is a gentle soft spoken doctor. She charges us reasonably. Overall, the place is very clean however the downside is you need to make appointment earlier otherwise you would need to wait longer than those with appointments.

Dr Ooi is very friendly, gentle with my cat and informative about his condition. I could feel that she genuinely cares about him and wants to provide the best treatment she can. Would highly recommend this clinic👍👍👍

Very expensive and not professional. Better discuss with another vet doctor to prevent unnecessary treatments and dead. Besides that, need to wait so long, the waiting area is so hot and uncomfortable
