Doctor's consultation was very good. I was not informed about the clinic's appointment system lately. I waited very long. It would have been better if we were informed by sms that clinic is practicing by appointment now. Those days appointment was not allowed! Some even jumped queue! This is not a complain. Just for improvement. Thank you.

Very friendly Vets

I wouldn't even give one star if there was a choice. Was recommended by a friend to try this vet (my dog has cancer and a serious uterus infection called Pyometra which needed immediate medical attention) and I was utterly disappointed. NEVER EVER AGAIN VISIT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. Made an appt a day before with this clinic and mentioned wanted to consult Dr Teoh And the reception accepted the appointment. Summary of my lifetime lesson: 1) Made an appointment with Dr Teoh a day before. I specifically wanted to consult him as my dog had severe uterus infection and cancer. 2) On the day of appointment, waited almost an hour and Dr Teoh didn't attend to us. Instead a young female vet attended to us. Reception DID NOT inform us that Dr Teoh was not available whatsoever. It was only when we walked in that we realized Dr Teoh was busy with another surgery. Reception could've informed me that Dr Teoh was busy and asked if I would like to proceed with another vet. No, they told me Dr Teoh is available. I felt cheated. 3) She performed ultrasound test which took more than 20 mins. When taking blood sample, she asked us to get out of the consultation room. Excuse me, I did not know that pet owners are not allowed to see their pet's blood being taken. My pet was so stressed when we left the room. 4) As I didn't and don't have faith in this vet, I expressly informed her that I do not want to buy the medicine and insisted that she write the name of the medicine so I can research what would be prescribed. 5) There was no conclusive answer on the conditions of my pet and nothing, no next course of action recommended by the vet. I asked my friend to help pay the bill and I had to rush my dog to another clinic. 6) When my friend paid the bill (Rm412), there was a medicine fee included (RM71). When my friend said we did not need the medicine, the reception insisted that she must buy it and my friend obliged, unbeknownst to me. 7) When I found out the exorbitant bill was charged and that included the medicine (RM71) , I was furious as I had made myself clear to the vet that I DID NOT want the med. I called the CLINIC and was told the med was necessary and they CANNOT REFUND me the med fee even if I returned them. I threatened to lodge a complaint to the relevant body. They called me back, saying the standard procedure would be to refund me only 80% of the med fee and it had to be ON THE DAY ITSELF , to which I did not buy. To the clinic, you think money is so easy to make? I have work and responsibility and can't be staying near your clinic 24/7. What nerves! 8) After a few calls, they finally agreed to refund the entire RM71, which is entirely the Peng Aun clinic's mistake, not mine. That was mentally stressful. First off, UNETHICAL. Just tell me Dr Teoh is not available upfront when I made the appointment so I don't have to waste my time and money at this worthless place. Second, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL. As I had clearly informed that I did not want any med from this consultation, they still proceeded to charge and prescribe me the med. When asked to refund, they refused. And when they gave in, insisted can only refund 80%. Hello? I had told you prior that I don't want the med. That's your fault and you refused to refund me? Just don't go to this place. Period. A nett total of RM341 spent. The only thing I know from all the tests was she may have pyometra and tumour. No resolution or next course of action recommended during the consultation. Broad daylight Highway robbery.

U made a lot of money already Please use ur 2nd & 3rd floor there boss for hygienic environment for customers rather than hang up ur advertising material there.
