Staff friendly & service good. The vet Dr Lim explains clearly before any procedure. She handles animals respectfully. The clinic is very clean. They do not handle emergencies.

Dr & staffs are very soft spoken and friendly. Dr explained everything patiently & made sure clients understand everything. Environment is clean and pleasant.

2nd time went to the clinic, the staff are nice and reasonable consultancy price. Highly recommend!!! One thing for sure please make an appointment and be there ON TIME.

Recommended! Firstly, the clinic is very clean, neat and have no bad odour. The staff was friendly and Dr. Jven (the vet) was very helpful. She thoroughly check my kitten and gave useful info about treatment, procedure, etc. Definitely would come again in the future.
