Friendly staffs and vet, went there several times for varies procedures such as spay/neuter, ovary removal and maggots removal. The staffs tried their best in giving services. Overall, I love the staffs for taking care of my cats thoroughly despite its low chance to survive. Price is reasonable. Staff response on whatsapp is excellent as well, can ask for further advise after and before procedure.

Did not even deserve a single star. I was satisfied with the services before but today is the biggest turn off. The doctor being unprofessional because of my "mistake" that i did not realize. My kitten needed an operation according to the doctor but she refused to do so. I actually did not know where I did wrong? I even apologize and begging her to run the operation on my kitten, but she literally ignored me, left me hanging and let her employees to treat my kitten. Applause to the employees and you the doctor, you could have been better. Give explanation when ur customer might have misunderstanding. Communicate with them. Thank you.

The doctor is helpful but the the treatment area is not in a closed area. That is risky as pet can run away.
