Staf is very helpful animal loving too Pricewise its my first time getting my cat medical treatment and its quite expensive but give the facilities that they had is i have no problems with it. Only downside is that: waiting time is quite long but the staff would inform the customer that there's a que with various issues, so the waiting time would take a little longer than usual. Overall i have positive experience here! I would recommend .

Loving the love and empathy they showed to the sick animals that were brought there.. the best animal clinic I have ever been!

Staff is friendly, attentive and have sense of urgency they listen and pay attention when you are speaking, as well as loving animal too

wanted to ask abt hving them assist in giving my cat medication and was told about Rm25 for charges for it. Wasnt particularly happy as there was a lack of emphaty or questions on why we are unable to do so ourselves. Requested to speak to the vet owner and was called by by the nurse later to say that its ok the owner did not want to take my feedback and if we are not happy "to go to a govt vet"!!! what kind of asnwer is this from a buisness establihment???? - this answer must have been from the owner. Such a shame that this kind of business still exists in this day and age. I'll take my buiness elsewhere and will surely also tell all my freinds about this horrible encounter!
