Has X-ray service and surgery. Call ahead to let them know your situation and pet issues. If you are beyond your 10km radius during MCO they will issue you a letter to show at roadblocks if necessary. Doctor and staff are a dedicated team. I called ahead and brought my dog in that had an accident, they were very responsive. Kudos to the team here.

If we could give this place negative stars, we would. Aside from a rude doctor with no bedside manners (which is bad enough, but acceptable in some cases), in the end the diagnosis and treatment was poor and our poor pet ended up worse than before we seeked medical attention there. We took our pet to a different vet and it began recovering almost immediately under totally different prescriptions. The only thing they did right was perform the correct tests. Most of the staff present at the time, was mediocre at best, not alert nor efficient. A positive would be Dr Adit whose professionalism and care was evident but Dennis is just the worst, and after several speaking to other pet owners and industry people, we learnt we weren't the only ones who felt this way. I've no doubt that had my pet died under their care, they would have not felt accountable, remorseful or bear any responsibility. We acknowledge that this is only our own experience but it was so upsetting and traumatising we will never take our pet there again and will advise anyone against doing so. The cocksure, condescending and defensive attitude made sure there was no redeeming factor here. First and last time we take our pet there. Never again. And no, Century, we are not interested in giving you any further details to "improve" other than those stated above.

I wish I didn't have to do this but people really have to know and think carefully before deciding to go to this vet. I brought my cat to this vet, putting my trust and telling them the problems of my cat's condition. The vet dr suggested that I should put my cat to be hospitalised for 3 days at least so they can monitor and see what's wrong and will see if my cat will get better. I was concerning about the bill so I asked how much it would cost. Vet dr said it will cost maybe around 300 plus including today's check up so only THEN I agreed to allow my cat to be hospitalised. On the 3rd day when I went to pick up my cat, we asked the reception what was the problem with my cat (obviously they should have at least informed her what to say before collecting money), she didn't know what to answer. She decided to call one of the nurses, the nurse wasn't even so sure that she had to ask another colleague. At first the colleague didn't even know what was the case because apparently their other colleague who were on leave on that day was the one monitoring my cat. Like I don't even want to begin and state how their SOP has gone wrong. Oh and the bill somehow ended total RM444. Surprise surprise. This was just the highlight of what happened. The phone calls from before and after had also left me speechless and facepalm. The main question did my cat got better? NO. He got worse. 4 things I can point out arguable in their vet : 1. Professionalism 2. Accountability 3. Responsibilities 4. Communication
