First time here today and the experience was really good. The environment is cozy and there is grass outside for fur babies to walk around. The staff there are helpful and nice. My dog is very noisy and barks a lot but they are very patient. Most importantly, Dr Gillian is very patient and sweet. She explains everything in detail to us and making sure we understand the condition of our dog.

My dad brought my old pup Robin to see Dr. Gillian 2 years ago. She saved my old pup from having a hip surgery ( all other vets in KK were insisting on it) instead advised us to observe and let him slowly heal. Robin walks fine now. Today, my sis and I walked in with no appointment in the morning, so we had to wait as Dr. Gillian's morning schedule was full. We waited downstairs in a air-conditioned living room furnished with comfy chairs and books for reading. Robin was happy to relax and wander as the space is vast, cosy and smelt clean. It was wonderful of Dr. Gillian to make time for us and I'm very happy with her consultation. Her advise was sound and we will be treating my old pup at home. Thank you for taking the time and showing compassion to Robin.

My cat seems to prefer Dr Gillian this is my only trusted veterinarian Dr❤️soft spoken in handling my cat

I cannot recommend Dr. Gillian enough. The best vet in Sabah. Her staffs are well trained, and the Clinic feels very inviting as well.
