Seriously, why do you have a vet who cannot touch dogs? And also cannot answer questions related to my dog's illness. I took my dog here for treatment for fungal infection. I asked the vet questions in English. Tak faham. OK. I then used BM to ask. Still don't understand!! Simple question like, "Kulat tu boleh jangkit ke? Is the fungus contagious?" also cannot answer. Like that for what be a vet? Totally not recommend going here!

Vet often gives inaccurate diagnosis. On top of that, he tends to charge more than necessary. Definitely look elsewhere.

Highly recommended. Excellent service. Very professional Vets & friendly staff. Suitable place for students or intern to gain knowledge. One of the best Veterinary in Malaysia I've ever known. Thank you Ting & Lu Veterinary Centre.

Sent my pet to Ting & Lu Vet that evening, expecting my pet to get well, but my pet died the next morning. Previously, he was fine. He could jump, eat and stand on two legs. But right after the treatment at the vet, my pet is dying. I spent RM59 on medication for nothing.

My healthy lively kitten went for a simple neutering procedure but died a week later from a contagious disease, obviously contracted from the clinic from lack of infection control procedures. The reply was that the kitten caught the infection from home. This despite the fact that the cat has been caged up for the past few months. Totally unacceptable and irresponsible, especially the female vet.
