We had to wait a while at the till because the assistant was giving personal service to another customer. Good for the other customer, not for us! There was an offer for 50% off every second product. In many shops the till works to give the customer the advantage for multiple purchases, but Holland & Barrett applied the discount to the cheapest products. It was only only a few euros in this case, but left me with a bad feeling that Holland & Barrett were milking as much out of their customers as they could.

Excellent drugstore in the slightly more expensive segment. A lot of attention for healthy food. With brands that cannot be found elsewhere. With fixed loyalty card.

Uninterested staff. Are chatting with each other and not pay attention to the customer.

The store in Ede where we can all buy the healthiest products for a very reasonable price. Well-trained staff who give the customer a good explanation about the products and let them go home satisfied. A shop full of nutritional supplements and vitamins and care products. RECOMMENDED
