I tried to return a package here. The lady helping me (the owner, she says) was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. She became visibly irritated by my questions and rolled her eyes, speaking louder and louder * just say, yell, at one point * as I kindly tried to find a solution and asked a single question. Then the lady gave me incorrect information, with which I tried to find a new solution. When I returned with a new solution and the suggestion that I would pay for the package myself, the lady got even more angry and told me that "we are not going to do that!" I felt very unwelcome and will never come back.
