Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me without making me feel rushed. He was on time for his appointments and deliveries. His workers are very professional and cleaned up after themselves... I had no rubbish to clear away. The company and employees went up and above the normal standards to deliver a quality product on time and at a reasonable price. I am very grateful to Robert and his staff. We had ordered beautiful curtains from Berg en Berg, but after installation we were not entirely happy with the shape of the curtain rails. That could be remedied, but the existing curtains did not offer sufficient dust. Turning on a bit they found no option given the possible color difference. Berg en Berg made sure it was fine, with a different curtain rail and new fabric. Moreover, without extra costs. The result is beautiful. Great service, very accommodating, big compliment.

What a great company Berg and Berg in de Bilt are! Very good service and personal advice. No effort is too much for them. All window coverings delivered perfectly on time and beautifully hung. Absolute must!

It was initially a bit busy in the store. It is better to make an appointment. But otherwise very helpful in choosing the right color, giving samples, changing your mind, and finally very nicely laid out in the entire stairwell.
