Good customer service! Ordered a pillow for my wife with Sinterklaas. She does not try this out until the last weekend of January. Unfortunately the pillow does not charge. Sent an email on Saturday and an answer within 15 minutes. Form filled in with possible solutions. On Monday it was reported that the problem is probably in the pillow and that a new pillow is on its way. Received today and this pillow works fine. Broken pillow does not have to be returned, so no extra transport is required. I am satisfied with this handling, some other websites could learn something from that.

Incredibly lousy service: - I order 2 big hugs - I receive 1 ploov pillow - I'll call customer service - I receive 2 big hugs, without batteries - I email customer service - I receive a video about installing the batteries - I call customer service and ask for batteries and whether I can take over the pillow (with a discount) - I receive an email that the discount is 10% and that I can use the batteries from the pillows (???) - I call customer service and indicate that I do not want to buy one pillow, can keep the battery and I am promised that the other will be sent - I don't receive anything at all - I will call customer service again and get the promise that the battery will be shipped (I am still waiting for the last battery) Summary: nice product but service wise ...

Update after further communication with Stoov. Fall has resumed and we kindly get a new cover for the Ploov after all. Thank you Guus, thank you Stoov. 4 instead of 2 stars! I still have to subtract one star - unfortunately a clear color difference to the online display and a service employee who (hopefully) only had a bad day. ========================================== We ordered and received a red Ploov on Black Friday. You can certainly argue about colors, but what we got is really strikingly different from the images on the website (rather orange / brown). Picture attached, form your own opinion. When asked we could only be told that the displeasure does not justify a complaint (okay ...) and that the red is the red. The cover, which is a single item, could not be exchanged for a black one when asked again. I simply don't understand why that shouldn't work. Only the price would not be the same anymore ... a rogue who thinks bad. So send it back, forego the discount (Black Friday, 13.49 EUR), plus the costs for return shipping (4.90 EUR) order again. Or buy an additional cover for at least 1.51 EUR (14.95 + 4.95 EUR) more.

First I struggled to find the right product for me. Teun and Herbert really helped me with this. They have taken the time and the willingness to think / search. My specific wishes have been discussed and which products would best suit this. Appears very personal and pleasant. I now have a Big Hug blanket, which is lovely and of course nice and warm. Oh yes, so you can take it with you, because you can roll it up with a nice band around it! Thanks Stoov!

Because I am cold very quickly, I have been looking for years for a heat blanket or something similar in my wheelchair. Until I was notified about the Stoov-Big Hug. A great heat blanket, also in terms of size, for my wheelchair. The blanket stays in place and heats for about 6 hours. A top product which I can recommend to everyone who is in a wheelchair and has a cold cold! I'm very happy with it.
