What a miscommunication can already do .. we almost canceled our dream kitchen ...
There was a Candy hood sold at our kitchen .. Google started up when I got home and I saw that it did not fully meet our requirements: we need an open kitchen so much power, so I looked further on the internet and I get suspicious about the prices vd equipment: they are not on the invoice, fed by bad reviews and the history of the mandemakers group in the distant past, I decide to cancel the kitchen in writing!
However, I refuse to pay the cancellation fees. After a while we decide to accept the invitation of saleswoman Samira to come by again to discuss everything.
Well, we should have done that right away: the branch manager explained everything: it was based on a misunderstanding and now everything is fine again!
Top advice and the prices are now clear and fair!
Samira has designed a beautiful kitchen, entirely to our wishes! Now with Bauknecht cooker hood! Because you can always change afterwards ... :-)
We are very curious about the end result: I will certainly post photos in due course.
