November 2020 We have been helped by Hendrik. He listened carefully to our wishes. The kitchen is installed by ourselves. Now we hope that everything will be delivered properly and that it will all work out. February 2021 The kitchen has now been delivered and assembled (by my friend). A part is very difficult to deliver and delivered 2 times incorrectly. We hope that it will finally be okay soon. Furthermore, there are several things that we are dissatisfied with: information that is given about measures. -Cabin in which combi microwave does not fit -Tiles that do not belong to a kitchen at all (natural stone, seen in the showroom) -No clear explanation about adjustment of the meter cupboard

Very bad service / no service I bought a kitchen at the kitchen champion's location in Emmen. On delivery it turned out that the wrong type of Combi / Microwave was delivered. I reported this to customer service immediately after delivery and they would arrange an exchange. The exchange took 2 weeks, despite the fact that, according to Keukenkampioen's customer service, the correct appliance was in stock. This in itself is not really good and fast service. Now it appears that when the correct type of device is delivered, it is defective. When used for the first time, it goes into error and stops, while the display shows varying error codes. Immediately contacted the customer service of kitchen champion. Instead of offering a suitable solution. Did I have to make an appointment with Bauknecht for a service appointment (26 November 2020). In which case I have to hope that they can repair the Combi microwave. Also when inquiring in the relevant Keukenkampioen store in Emmen, the answer is immediately that they cannot offer any service. This is not the service you can expect, and with which kitchen champion advertises. You can expect to receive a kitchen with working equipment and not be left with non-functioning equipment for another 5 weeks. However, if you have paid, the Keukenkampioen service ends.

helped very well no sales talk or any pressure very knowledgeable, really thought along with us seller really took all the time this is the second kitchen we bought here still feels good and familiar
