Thuisbeton

Have three beautiful concrete thresholds made by Thuisbeton. These are proud of my office. Perfect work delivered.

Unfortunately we have not had a very good experience with Thuisbeton, because a lot has gone wrong with us. An error was made in surveying, causing a large gap when the blade was placed. As a solution it was recommended to use splashing edges. Thuisbeton has taken this nicely into account. We thought it was better without it, but at least the problem with the crack was solved. Two sheets were placed with us, one of which was wrongly deposited and therefore had to be supplied. With subsequent delivery of the 2nd leaf and the splash edges it turned out that there was a nice color difference with the leaf that was already there and the composition feels / seems different from the leaf that was already placed. Of course I contacted Thuisbeton about this, but all comments were dismissed. We had to pay everything in advance so that we no longer had any pressure to come to a solution together. The reactions of Thuisbeton to this complaint were downright amateurish. When the sheet was placed, our frame was hit and also a new stucco wall. We indicated this, but it was said that they could do nothing about it. So we had to solve this ourselves. The tap hole and recess for the sink were of reasonable quality, but you can live with this. In the mails afterwards our job was labeled as 'this kind of work'. That gives a bit of an idea of ​​how people are in it, because for us the new kitchen was a gigantic job! When delivering, you are expected to help yourself with lifting. I regret this afterwards, because it is not really the customer's responsibility. And beyond that, it is also a specialist job and an incredibly heavy product to lug around in consultation with a customer. If you have a straightforward job and everything goes well in one go, it is probably a great company to do business with. If something is going on afterwards, it will be difficult and I wish everyone a lot of wisdom!
