The kitchen and floor purchased from Bart. We have installed the kitchen ourselves and there was quite a plan attached to it. But that wasn't a problem. We were able to keep the planning well since everything went very smoothly and the kitchen was delivered very quickly! Because we were going to install the kitchen ourselves, something went wrong or we thought later that something else had to be done. That too was no problem and it was delivered quickly again. The floor was also laid smoothly and is super tight. Really laid by professionals. All in all super satisfied and happy with our new house!

Good day We knew Bart Totaal Design from a previous situation at another house and that was a reason for us to visit them again. We stepped inside and again received a very friendly welcome. The matter was clear to us, we wanted to have several products realized for a fixed budget and within four weeks. So that was the best challenge. Bart hired him. And yes, then it had to happen. Materials were delivered on time. Everything ran smoothly. You can see the change taking place at a rapid pace through such a renovation. We once again have a very positive experience with Bart Totaal Design. Everything discussed well and on paper. I fully agree with the previous reviews ..., really too bad for words that Bart. Is about looking like it is necessary. From the signature it goes wrong ... The seller really does his best and is a nice man! . Unfortunately, Bart comes to power after the signature. He knows how to be right in devious ways, denies everything he said. Even the lawyer involved indicates that it is impossible to talk to him. Bart does not want to put anything on paper and invalidates everything. If you are planning to buy something from Bart, put everything in black and white. Even the simplest agreements or promises, so you can prove that he is not fulfilling his agreements, the customers lie .... I am certainly not a hateful person, and rarely get angry, but Bart has managed it, you get the blood under the nails. I hesitated for a long time to post a review, but it should not go on !! A warned person ....

We have ordered mosaic tiles. This required a repeat order. I had explicitly stated that this must be the same shade code. They promised that everything would be alright. They supplied it with the wrong shade code and you now see the color difference in the bathroom. We have to pay the extra costs for re-sticking etc. ourselves. The owner also indicated that it is not his fault and that they default deliver with a different tint code. So they can't even do things like this, what a worthless company.
