recently purchased new EYELOVE glasses. And again to full satisfaction. These new goggles were / are a replacement for goggles that hit the water in the harbor of Enkhuizen during sailing. These new glasses went total loss within three working days when they visited KARWEI in Lemmer. When I entered this establishment I realized that I had forgotten to take a cart. Then I walked outside, totally fixated on the location of the carts and saw the concrete blocks standing in front of the entrance and fell. Knee and shin badly damaged as well as broken glasses frame and two thick scratches on the left lens. On empathetic advice from Karwei as well as the DA office in Emmeloord, I contacted the EYELOVE head office and explained the whole story. I immediately received the spontaneous offer of new glasses at 50%. Not only this compensation, but also the empathy experienced treatment by these three companies is heart-warming. So it still exists in the Netherlands.
