Poor quality material (green stains, cracked, warped, obviously cheap wood), a disaster to assemble and customer service can't help with that, doesn't think about it and is even unkind. I expect a company that says they offer craftsmanship and service to have followed a customer service course and not just sales pitch. We now have to look for material and techniques to finish it because the explanation is minimal and steps and parts are clearly missing. It is not clearly indicated on the website that their products are real for handymen and people with a lot of experience and in good physical health, they are not easy construction kits.

Many choice competitive price

LoRas' service was excellent. They think very well with you. We are very satisfied with the final result and what our garden house looks like. However, the assembly was a disaster. The bottom slats were bent, the roof boards had to be cut to size one by one and the material for the roofing material was too tight. I expect a construction kit and not that you have to tailor yourself that much.

Outstanding service! Unfortunately, my order has to cancel due to circumstances, but also very responsive and quick to respond to the mail.

Recently visited for advice and finally refurbished my garden with the materials of LoRas. Excellent advice and excellent materials. Really recommended
