Just to be clear, the products are good, I am very satisfied with that, but the seller has misinformed us. There would be no slatted frame with the bed that was purchased while sitting, which we had to purchase separately. Upon delivery, we discovered that there was a slatted base. Bed giant's customer service could not do anything with this and has submitted a call-back request to the store. Of course heard nothing more. We keep the slatted frame, because it is of good quality. But you don't have to be for the service.
