The service and friendliness have deteriorated enormously. Until the rude. Often when certain people (combinations) are at work. A courtesy and customer service course would be appropriate. Although for a pair this probably side will still hit the wall. There are hard comments on customers among the staff, as soon as they think the customer is gone. What will they say about me or you when we walk out the door? Some of the staff prefer to spend more time on themselves and each other than the customer and also exudes this with pride. Unless they are customers who are not allowed to be served by befriended staff, but the supervisor is not here anyway, come on, then let me introduce you ... Also the standard questions that have to be asked, I understand that they hear every time, but the way the tunes are played by some betray the disinterest in the customer. Closing time seems to be 17:45 instead of 18: 00h. They are often not what is in the folders. There is also nice staff around, but yes, their commitment is soon in the not when you feel unrespectful treats ..

Kruidvat Puttershoek is of course similar to other Kruidvat stores in the Hoeksche Waard. However, we think there is a difference. We often go to Numansdorp and Oud-Beijerland. We find those Kruidvat's or Kruidvaten really messy. Paths full of new stuff, you can hardly walk there. The range is almost the same everywhere, but we still think that the Kruidvat stores of Numansdorp and Oud-Beijerland are very quickly through the offers. If we really need something we go to Puttershoek and there is still enough. Can be a coincidence. The shop in Puttershoek is spacious and tidy, far fewer paths full of refills. Friendly staff.
