I asked the employee in the store whether I could return a number of items, even though I no longer had the receipt of the products. Instead of kindly explaining that this is not possible, he immediately accused me of having stolen the products and having dared to get money for it! He even wanted to get the police! And when I did not want to buy anything much later in other stores, he even came to these stores to tell the employees that I was trying to steal from them!

Neat shop. Not unkind employees, but certainly not the most customer-oriented employees. I never really feel welcome there.
