Staff not helpful. Shop messy and cashier very grumpy, customer unfriendly and can count very badly

Corona / Covid has not been taken into account at all, other shops have removed shelves, made space, at Kruidvat shops not, they are packed, it is impossible to keep a distance, because the walkways are already much too narrow. So 0 points for Kruidvat which in my opinion is a source / main source of Corona contamination likely. Staff usually don't wear masks either. Soap and everything to clean your basket is just in the tiny entrance where people who don't clean anything and don't wear a mask get way too close, because they don't follow rules and also because there's no room to keep your distance ... that sea and cleaning must be done outside. Look at Blokker, they have made room.

Accidentally once bought a tube of lubricant as a toothpaste. They should have said that at the checkout. With nasal spray you do get advice.
