The selection is not so good and the location of items are very random, not so much organized

Neat, apparently somewhat unclear shop nowadays. If you want to pay for something, use the apparently new self-scan cash register, because at checkout I was told that I can also use it "MAY" in the future. In my opinion, "may" means that it is not mandatory ......... however I was informed in such a way that "may" in etos language means "MUST". Apparently the ladies prefer not to be disturbed in their main task; filling courses and customer-friendliness must be lost ........
