Kvik – Keuken, Badkamer & Garderobe - Utrecht

Very uninterested salesperson. Didn't explain a single thing about the differences between the models or anything else you can't find online like materials etc. We came away disappointed and will go to another store.

Looking for a crooked kitchen where pieces are already falling off within a month? Then you have to go to kvik. Kitchen ordered from Kvik in Utrecht. It already went wrong with the delivery. They put a pallet in front of your door with all the stuff and gone. Everything under the guise of Corona. Well, it is a miracle that mechanics have come at all. Luckily I had a look at rain radar myself because it started to rain 20 minutes later. Then the installation. It took them 3 months to finish it. Don't call back while they promise. You know. And what I understand by 'finished' is really something else. The final bulkhead is skewed. You can see that very clearly. One cupboard has damage. Finishing is bad. Crafters. Design has also clearly failed. Gas stove is next to the wall and it is not possible to use a wok because it is against the wall. In short, a big failure. Next time I'll just go to Ikea. I liked our previous kitchen better.

Compiled a beautiful kitchen together with the seller from a distance. Nice experience with a good end result. Can't wait for my new kitchen to be installed. For now very satisfied. Good contact and very good help.

Very customer-unfriendly, poor communication and not solution-oriented Ordered a kitchen from Kvik Utrecht two and a half months ago. We wanted to hand over the measurement, delivery and installation entirely to Kvik so that nothing could go wrong. Unfortunately, everything goes wrong, with poor and customer-unfriendly communication from Kvik Utrecht causing major problems. The bottom point is the message from Kvik that they have put part of the order 'on-hold' without communicating, so that the kitchen as a whole can no longer be delivered on time. They do not communicate this at the time of that decision, but a week and a half later, so that the order can no longer be corrected in time. They will come up with a solution, delivering the kitchen in two parts. As a consumer, we only have to pay for the extra costs. Kvik therefore makes a mistake and passes the bill to the customer. If we do not agree with this, it is proposed to cancel the purchase. We indicate that this of course does not offer a solution. Our old kitchen has already been removed and an order process can easily take several months. Then we hear nothing more from Kvik Utrecht for days. The kitchen has to be installed in more than a week. Since that doesn't seem to happen anymore, we have only arranged a camping gas stove. Kvik Utrecht excels in very poor communication, poor accessibility, very customer-unfriendly and little solution-oriented. The owner / franchisee in particular is the problem and does not seem to want to find solutions. Really a shame. On the first visit it looked so beautiful and the kitchen appeals to us too.
