Some time ago we walked in here for the first time to get an idea of chairs that we wanted to buy. Despite the fact that we were still looking, good advice was given and the pros and cons were mentioned. When we were ready to buy them, the temptation was also present for us to order something online. With the good explanation in mind, still went to combi and ordered the seats there. Neatly delivered at home and packing material with you. Happy with. Now there was a crack in the frame of 1 chair, contacted by e-mail (corona!) Photos sent and they went to look at it. Conclusion, was not allowed and a mistake in the chair! Simply mounted a new undercarriage at our home! Free . Those are really the moments when I am so happy to have bought it at a real place where you can still speak to people and not an online store! Top solved, thank you!

This store has had its best time, old-fashioned and worn-out property. The time when you just put some expensive furniture somewhere and hopes that it sells by itself has been behind us for a while

We bought a beautiful lamp from Flos in Utrecht last November. Pretty long thought about it since it is an expensive lamp. Unfortunately the lamp is not working properly. Can happen. Had contact with Combo customer service at the end of December. We get it: the holidays are in between, so we give it time. But ...... it is now mid-January and still not a suitable solution! Called the store, they would contact Flos and then ..... silent. Your case looks nice, nice things etc etc. But the after service, you really have to do something about it if you want the customer to come back. Hence: 1 star.

Discovered by accident when we were in Utrecht by boat. Nice table and chairs purchased and delivery in Friesland was no problem. Delivery perfect. Then we also gave them the delivery of the lamp above the table. Again perfect, although they only had to drive to Friesland for us. THANKS.
