Am very satisfied with the bed and service of Hästens Utrecht. Had a sleep problem for some time, so this was apparently on my mattress. Monique has put me on many different beds, from this I immediately noticed what kind of impact the type of mattress and its quality makes for a difference. Now I sleep much better. The top beds and the expertise of Monique really helped me!

I did not sleep well for a long time. Back pain when standing up and running continuously but walking in sleep. The good thing about Hästens was that I had the time to experiment on different beds. In addition, the expertise of Monique was very nice and she could help me with any question. Top experience!

We were at BSAB again for some scented cards and saw the Hastens store. It was a little later Saturday. A super customer-friendly store and a nice concept about sustainability and sleep advice. So we came in 20 for 5 and if you want some longer advice you have to make an appointment, which is of course logical. However, the saleswoman took all the time for us was always friendly and informative and never pushy. In the end we went out well informed half an hour after closing time. We apologized but she said that it was not necessary for Hastens dealing with customers to take the time. Hats off !!!

Super helped by Monique Barree. Very nice shop and sleep wonderfully under the fine duvet that we have bought with a fitting - specially custom-made duvet cover!
