Everything was fine until delivery. During delivery they damaged the brand new floor and I was told that Goossens would fix it. 2 months has been passed and after multiple calls and emails nothing has happened! So disappointed. It may looks nice but you'll get zero customer service.
I bought pillows here. Unlike other shops on the boulevard, they took the time to advise. I have been well served.
Super neatly helped when we wanted a different color of our chosen wardrobe afterwards. Good service and friendly employees.

Service disaster.
The business is beautiful. Advice there was good.
Delivery disaster. The cupboard was delivered broken during the first delivery. Then taken back for repair. 5 weeks later 2nd delivery. While we were in the house, the driver would have stood in front of the house and could not have felt.
After consultation with the service staff again 4 weeks waiting time.
