incredible !!! If you call us for a problem with our son's balance bike, we are not even helped. You don't get any further than the operator, who doesn't pass anything on. It is a pity that this is the location that is hired by the care offices, they have to say goodbye to this location immediately. First it takes more than 2 months that you get something while they have received the money and then they are no longer at home. I would say to close Medipoint MEPPEL immediately. Besides 1 star is really too much !!!

In week 9 of this year my father had contact with medipoint. My father has his leg completely cast and wanted a chair for this. According to the health insurance this could easily be arranged and this was also reimbursed. Once contacted with medipoint this turned out not to be that simple. The employee literally tells '' we give an indication if you are needed '' It is legally prohibited to pretend to be a doctor. A doctor gives a medical indication, not the supplier of goods. Asked for a manager, who called us but after a big sigh he thought that she could also play as a doctor and the conversation could not go on for less than 30 seconds. We didn't have time to explain. At another supplier in the area this could be arranged immediately and the chair was delivered to the house. Doing difficult is not easy, just as acting as a doctor is not permitted by law. What a company ....

Had to have a bed from 190 to 200 in length. Is the bed neatly brought on time by a nice driver. Only the extension was not included and would come the next day. Already 3 days in bed after an open heart operation. Just say he is out of stock.

Never request a device from this company. The wheelchair was neatly brought and brought up by a friendly driver. When picking up reported that he is above. Was not a problem. Driver comes to the door and refuses to take the seat from above. While swearing he still goes upstairs but comes down again without a wheelchair. Immediately called with Mediapoint but the lady on the phone reports that her colleague made a mistake by saying that the driver takes him from above. So you are warned !!!!!!!
