Great store but they are often busy unpacking and this disturbs when shopping.
Everything that other branches also have and good stock. Customer friendliness and the number of cash registers open, I think that could be better.
I thought it would be nice to purchase an underwater camera for the holidays.
I want to hand it in .. there was just after I knew a new girl behind the counter. ONLY she was ready for the customers to find no one else. Asked where I had to deliver the camera. That girl goes to the office for every question to ask.
After submitting, I have not received proof from the camera. Which means that they have lost it and can never find it again. I think it is ridiculous. As a customer you have to ask for a receipt, I didn't do this because I didn't know anything about it. My details noted down and given to the employee. I thought the data they got from me now will be fine.
Now months later still heard bye 10 euros and bye vacation photos.
It's ridiculous to deal with customers that way.
Fine, large store with an extensive range and good offers.
Kruidvat also participates in AGE DISCRIMINATION. .i have experienced this twice at this company .... worthless in word ..... also in other respects ...
