I had ordered 2 pieces of Biodermal facial sunscreen, only 1 was available. The present was sent, via an excuse mail, with a free bottle of shower gel. Afterwards it turned out that the product was no longer in production and my remaining amount was paid back properly. This is how a webshop should be; accurate and reliable! Chapeau !!
