Was waiting outside because woman was at jumbo. Suddenly I was asked by an elderly employee if I wanted to leave because she said I was too close to the entrance. Was at least 2 meters next to the entrance. THEY CAN ALSO EXaggerate !!!!!

This branch is not worthy of a star because of the inadequate staff. They were customer friendly and had no respect for us. A friend of mine was busy testing a foundation for which she had been saving for a long time and now she wanted to find the right color. When a staff member saw this, she apparently thought it was not possible. She apparently thought the product was being "misused" and she said contemptuously that she was not allowed to "make up" here. Because of this we did not want to buy any more products and we decided to leave. At the point of departure another staff member also said that we "could do a little more politely". When we discussed this later with a family member, he said that he also had a negative experience in this branch. After paying for a product, she asked for a bag (this was six months before they were no longer available for free), because it rained very hard that day and she did not want the gift to get wet. This was refused her with the words "Get used to it". We felt very undesirable there and if the behavior of these staff remains that way, we will certainly not be back.
