We chose Kloosterman because they are a family business and were also able to install the keuken and do extra contract work. The quality of the kitchen was fine and the sales people were also ok. There were a number of delivery errors with wrong parts but over all the kitchen was fine. The problem was with the contractor. He is not part of Kloosterman. He was careless, broke parts of the kitchen, made so many mistakes that we spent months correcting it. He just wanted to get it done and move on. A 3 month job took over 6 months until we were satisfied with the results. Another concern was that no-one from Kloosterman came to look at the progress or inspect the end product for quality. We had to complain numerous times to finally get everything fixed. When asked to fix the final mistakes, Michel said he was sick of it and was not going to fix his mistakes anymore, we had to get someone else. Avoid Michel from Kloosterman at all costs. His is unprofessional and has given Kloosterman a bad name.

nice shop until you have put your signature then the hassle starts unfortunately super bad communication, agreements are not met, talking everything that is crooked straight, then try to make you happy with a tap from ali on purpose a total of 2 months in the gang it the only good thing was the mechanic who did a nice job I just had to do with that man who has to hear all that nagging from dissatisfied customers I heard many good things but I was very disappointed

Helped very well here. Well thought along by Erik and selected a beautiful kitchen that was delivered well in 1 x. Complete, nothing defective, precisely tailored, as you would expect. The whole installed by Ruud and Bas from Plexa Bouw. Tight planning, good communication. They took care of everything without losing sight of our wishes. Received good advice on matters that you do not think about yourself. Just that little bit extra that it does.

Started friendly and helpful, but did not end well as we had more questions and requirements. Kitchen ultimately not bought here. A pity, because it was close to home, great kitchens and my in-laws were satisfied with their purchased kitchen. So it was not the quality of the kitchen.
