Very bad experience with Roobol Homes. Gini van Empelen is manager there, but has nothing to say. Errors made by Roobol or their various freelancers are not taken into account. Reference is made to each other within the organization, but nobody takes responsibility. Very bad service and if something is not right you end up empty handed or they advise you to submit a complaint to the complaints service. And then the head office might consider whether they can do something about it. This while we have ordered for more than 10k. Madness.
