We have just purchased a beautiful lounge set. I had contact via the Chat and a friendly employee explained everything to me and even sent me a product video, what the fabric and furniture looked like! We are very happy to have received this service in such a way during this time! Nothing was too much and we are looking forward to our beautiful lounge set! Due to circumstances we could no longer place a table that we had bought a year ago at Dutch Garden. The table was still in its original packaging, so nothing had happened to it. When I called Dutch garden to ask if they wanted to take the table back, we quickly decided: they took the table back without any problem at a reduced price. That's what I call service and thinking along! A very big (Christmas) star for Dutch garden !!! Incidentally, the mainly telephone handling was very pleasant and I do not recognize anything from the review before! Bernadet

Very satisfied with the service. Good explanation of the div garden furniture and also a quick response by e-mail afterwards. Very satisfied with Gea who helped us and very happy with the beautiful lounge set, sunbeds and long table with chairs and sofa. Beautiful spacious showroom.

Such lousy service! Helped by Laura and I have never been treated so badly. Together with my partner I was looking for 4 garden sets and 8 lounge chairs. When asked if she could show me something I got the response: WANT to show me something? Very informed and was not taken seriously at all. Then I got the question after clearly explaining what I was looking for whether we want to buy something for 3000 euros or 8000 euros with the side drawing that they do have furniture in another segment on the right. Unfortunately for Laura, I planned to spend a pretty penny. Never again Dutch Garden for us.
