Bathroom mafia, do not buy anything from them the worst ever. After almost 2 years we still have issues with our bathroom. We are awaiting action from our lawyer.

Bought a beautiful kitchen, purchase and installation went fairly quickly. Only after completion in January some things still had to be finished. Had contact about this several times and each time no action. Then again they had forgotten, then again everything we had passed on was lost. Finally only finished in October. A carpenter is sent who cannot saw and has worked very carelessly. In addition, the refrigerator door is still slightly crooked. We are now done with it and leave it that way, because apparently you are no longer interesting when the money is in. We won't let Grando do the bathroom.

Robin helped very well with the choice / composition. Came up with nice alternatives, so we walked out the door with a nicer kitchen for us. Robin was not happy for a second to make another adjustment ..... and we did have a few :-)

We have passed a beautiful kitchen here, we have been helped very nicely by Mr. Chéron, no pushy sales, but a nice conversation, and they think along well. The aftercare is also very nice and the contact went very well. There was a quick response to questions, and the aftercare about the small dots after installation is picked up very quickly and resolved. We are very satisfied, definitely recommended.

We have visited several specialty stores to purchase our kitchen and bathroom. Grando Purmerend was the first store where it immediately felt good. Several extensive conversations have taken place to make our dream kitchen and bathroom possible. Delivery and installation of both went well. And the "after-care process" is also going well. Small things that still need to be resolved are immediately addressed. We still have to be patient (construction holidays / delivery times) that everything is tip-top, but we can already use our bathroom and kitchen to the full !! Thanks, team Grando Purmerend !!
