We had a reasonable idea of what our new kitchen should look like in terms of colors and layout. But then it turns out that in practice quite a few practical bumps have to be overcome. We were advised in this by Tim Daems. Tim is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He also has a sense of humor, and jokes were made regularly. You often hear that they want to sell you everything as expensive as possible. We do not have that experience. A small example of an adjustment that we wanted to make: our choice for a (much) more expensive hob was not recommended by Tim because we would not use the extra functions that the hob would offer. He took us to a similar hob, and then we saw that our original choice was actually very good. Indeed, the more expensive hob wouldn't add anything for us. Because you don't buy a new kitchen every day, it is very nice if the advisor thinks along, and Tim certainly does. We are slightly above our budget, but are very happy with the choices we have made. Tim, thanks for all the suggestions and good advice! 👍

I have no idea what the other sellers are like here, but my experience with the selling lady was special. A few examples where the I stands for "I" and the V for "saleswoman" I: What colors is this cabinet available in? Q: what color are you looking for? I: Do you have anything in walnut? Q: what do you call walnut wood? I: how much does it cost? Q: it is not cheap I: and how much does it cost? Q: what do you think it costs? I: is it also available in 1.40 meters? Q: I don't know, I should look that up (and no further action) She was not unfriendly, but I found it extremely annoying and exhausting not to get normal answers to my questions and - worse - to have to answer back questions. I came for a new bathroom, but ended up on a quiz.
