Rude guy force me to take a basket even if the store was empty, close to closing time, and I was pushing the stroller with my daughter. When I asked gently to avoid to take it because it is uncomfortable in my situation, he smiles at me, treating me like a fool.

Never ever going in to this store again. As tourists we wanted to go get something to drink in there. There were signs in dutch that said we have to pick baskets when u enter the store. We coudnt understand it obviously so we just went in there without taking a basket. This lady behind the counter yelled at us and called as out for beeing foreginers and that we dont care about signs and the current situation about coronavirus. She was really rude and i felt attacked bc we honestly couldnt understand the signs and not bc we didnt care. So defenetly never going back there if i visit amsterdam again.

rough, slow.The staff is probably a manager ( not tall, blond) ----she needs to work in the bazaar,not in the store!!
