This is really good.Excellent deal, delicious food for a great price. Of course it is taking a typical Surinamese dish and putting it into a hipster converted garage and you can get just as a good a roti from a local shop, but compared to the other options in the area it’s one of the best choices!

How great is this place! Deep flavours, homemade madame Jeanette mango pickles. Wouldnt know any better in town betweeen the dozens tried over the last 35 years

Well, I was happy there is now a place in Noord where you can order vega(n) roti (or have it for take-out). But it just isn't the best roti in Amsterdam. The flavors of the vegetables were all the same from one marinade/sauce. The tempeh wasn't crispy. The bread (plaat) wasn't fresh. The portion was quite small. The egg was pretty good. The terrace is nicely set out, very laid-back atmosphere. Not sure if I will be back, though.

This roooti is really the least tasty I've ever eaten! In terms of taste, it is disappointing, the plate was cold, greetings half raw and what does an aubergine do in the roooti ??? This is not worth 19.50 euros. This roooti should not be called roti, a real shame for the Surinamese kitchen !!! I blame myself for 2 things today: 1 that I ordered in a hurry and 2 at Roti Noord!
