Customer is central, that is clear. I felt that my multifocal glasses were no longer optimal. That was true, but a new one would hardly give any improvement. They could have talked me into new glasses of around € 1000, but she advised me to come back in a year or two. I will definitely do that and then certainly at Sybilla Buisman!

Very good optics. I have been coming here since I was 4 years old and that was a long time ago. The waiting sometimes takes a long time, but they always keep an overview, always remain calm and when it is your turn they take extensive time for you. I have never seen such good optics as theirs. It is not for nothing that they have won many prizes, such as the best independent optics 2011-2012. Awesome!
