The manager spent 10 minutes explaining to me why she wouldn’t respect the validity of my EU prescription, stating reasons like ‘why are you buying this here?’, ‘why don’t you buy the medicine in Bulgaria?’ and ‘I know what this medicine is’ (it’s prep, for HIV prevention). According to the EU low, prescription from any EU countries should be accepted in any other EU country.

Everything that can go wrong goes wrong here.
Repeat prescription retrieval long wait staff member is slow and not friendly or out of place and after checking, there was no medicine waiting again and another brand like the past no excuse for the mistake made and waiting a second time. I find the customer friendliness of this pharmacy under all the arrows
